This is a demonstration of an expert system shell for concrete design and optimisation. The system, which uses fuzzy logic, can be programmed with rules that solve a number of different problems in this area.

To run the system, use the input fields to enter new values. The Reset button restores all fields to their default values.
Once you have input your values, press the Submit button. This will send back a new page with an estimate for the durability of your concrete mix.
Please note that there may be a short delay. The system generates explanations of its reasoning, and these contain a lot of graphs. Plotting them takes a little time.
